OFFICIAL MANDATE OF DISMISSAL OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL(S)
WHO VIOLATE THEIR OATH / THE PUBLIC TRUST
We the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire accepted your oath of office as a New Hampshire government official as a binding contract upon your services to us. This notice mandates corrective actions on your part because you have broken this sacred contract.
Offending Officials Pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2:
I- NH State Representative Sandra Keans, sponsor and
II- Any other co-sponsors and
III- Any other Government Official(s) who are on record as having voted for any Unconstitutional Legislation.
This is an Official Mandate of Dismissal, from the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire regarding the Un-Constitutionality of House Bill 665, a bill which you sponsored with other co-sponsors. House Bill 665 is not founded on the Constitution of New Hampshire. The Un-Constitutionality of HB665 is further validated by your own public admission scire facias.
Due to the Public Trust and to the Oath of Office you contracted for publicly to uphold both the Public Trust and the Constitutions of our state and country, pursuant to Part II, Article 84 of the New Hampshire Constitution we are hereby mandating that you either:
A) Issue a mandate signed by you and the other co-sponsors, and your signatures notarized, to have HB 665 removed from the General Court’s Docket(s) and issue this mandate within ten days following the receipt of this Mandate of Dismissal

B) Resign from your office pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2 and we the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire will effect removal of HB 665.
If after ten days you have not complied with this Mandate Of Dismissal, consider yourself FORTHWITH DISMISSED from your OFFICE OF PUBLIC TRUST in the New Hampshire General Court pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2.
