OFFICIAL MANDATE OF DISMISSAL OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL(S)
WHO VIOLATE THEIR OATH / THE PUBLIC TRUST
We the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire accepted your oath of office as a New Hampshire government official as a binding contract upon your services to us. This notice mandates corrective actions on your part because you have broken this sacred contract. Several recent communications concerning this Piscataqua River border dispute and the enforcement of NH Laws related to same have been sent to the Honorable John Lynch and only dishonor / silence has been received in return.
Offending Officials Pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2:
I- NH Governor, John Lynch and
II- NH Attorney General and
III- Relevant Commissioners and
IV- Any other Government Official(s) who have not enforced all the New Hampshire laws related to any aspects of the entire Piscataqua River which is entirely within the border of NH and all its associated islands which has been unequivocally proven and documented several times.
This is an Official Mandate of Dismissal, from the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire regarding the Un-Constitutional behavior of those cited above related to the Piscataqua River.
Due to the Public Trust and to the Oath of Office you contracted for publicly to uphold both the Public Trust and the Constitutions of our state and country, pursuant to Part II, Article 84 of the New Hampshire Constitution we are hereby mandating that you either:
A) Issue a mandate signed by you mandating that all NH Laws relating to any and all aspects of the Piscataqua River border dispute begin forthwith to be enforced and your signature notarized, to have all the NH Laws begin to be enforced and accomplish this within ten days following the receipt of this Mandate of Dismissal

B) Resign from your office pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2 and we the Inhabitants / Citizens of New Hampshire will effect enforcement of these NH Laws.
If after ten days you have not complied with this Mandate Of Dismissal, consider yourself FORTHWITH DISMISSED from your OFFICE OF PUBLIC TRUST in the Executive Branch of the New Hampshire Government pursuant to R.S.A. 92:2.
