Missing 13th Amendment Documents Located
Constitutional Concepts Foundation has been fortunate to be associated with people who have located several documents that show conclusively that the Commonwealth of Virginia did ratify the 13th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America. And it was ratified prior to June 12, 1812.
The Titles of Nobility Amendment is the Law of the Land. This Amendment guarantees each of us that we are all Equal, just as We declared in the Declaration of Indpendence.
The Titles of Nobility Amendment cancels the Citizenship of anyone who claims a Title of Nobility because the granting of a Title of Nobility usually carries with it an allegiance to the Ruler who granted the Title.
But the real heart of the Titles of Nobility Amendment is the fact that anyone who claims honors (special privileges) that would grant them rights that the rest of the people do not have, automatically lose their Citizenship, and their ability to hold any public office.
This Amendment has the power to cause all Attorneys to lose their Citizenship because they claim the honor of belonging to the BAR. And, unless someone belongs to their private club -- the BAR -- they cannot practice law, be a judge, be a member of the Supreme Court or be the Attorney General for a State, or for the Country. This is, of course, all hogwash.
There are no provisions in the Federal Constitution, which is the Law of the Land, that require any educational status for any position in any government. Nor are there any provisions that require membership in any organization, let alone, the BAR.
Attorneys do not like the 13th Amendment because it takes away the special privileges they have enjoyed by making it so that anyone, farmers, ditch diggers, business men -- anyone -- practice law in any court of the land, or become a judge, or hold the office of Attorney General, or even be the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Sentencing Guidelines Ruled Unconstitutional
The United States Supreme Court recently ruled that the Sentencing Guidelines that have been used for many years are unconstitutional
This could open up a whole can of worms for the Federal Government and the Justice Department as it presents an opportunity for all of the thousands of people who were sentenced under the guidelines to declare their cases null and void.
Blackstone, and others, clearly state that an unconstitutional law is unconstititional from its inception -- not from when it is declared unconstitutional.

Federal Judge Rules
Illinois Child Protection Services Operating in an Unconstitutional Manner
A Federal Judge, Rebecca Pallmeyer, U. S. District Judge for Illinois, found that the tactics of the Illinois DCFS were unconstitutional because they were threatening the removal of the children unless the parents bowed to every whim of the State.
She politely referred to the practice as "Coersion", but it is blatant extortion -- which is a felony, and needs to be treated as such, with charges being brought against those responsible. All of the Social Workers who have used such tactics need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, for their actions, and the bosses need to join them.

National Class Action Law Suit
Against all Child Protective Service Organizations
It has come to our attention that there is a Class Action Law Suit being prepared, to be filed in the Federal Court in Louisiana.
The basis for this suit is that the entire structure of the Child Protective Services is Unconstitutional because no person has the inherent right to remove children from their parents. Since no one has that right the authority to grant that right is way beyond the ability of the people of any State to grant to anyone.
If you have had a problem with the Child Protection Services, or, if you know of someone who has, or, if you just feel their actions are wrong, and would like to be a part of the class action law suit send an e-mail to us, Constitutional Concepts Foundation, and we will see that it gets to the attorneys who are preparing the case
They ask that any e-mails be less than 200 words, and that they contain not only the details of the situation, but specific dates, places, and especially the names of the Social Workers and their bosses who were involved.
Constitutional Concepts Foundation wants to make it very clear so that everyone understands that we not only concur in this action, but we have offered financial assistance to this Class Action Law Suit because we are convinced that the Child Protection Services is a major violation of the unalienable rights of We, the People.
While we abhor the abuse of the prisoners in the Iraqi jail, we feel this is far more serious. This is a major abuse of the power of the government against helpless citizens.

New Hampshire Citizens serve Mandates on Government Officials
According to what was related to Constitutional Concepts Foundation, it seems that various New Hampshire Government Officials have been derelict in their duties, and have been operating in a manner that is outside the Constitutional provisions of the New Hampshire State Constitution.
Apparently, various statements had been made by these officials concerning their lack of response to the contract they created when they took their Oath of Office, and many of the New Hampshire Citizens were concerned and upset about the direction that these people were taking the State.
Constitutional Concepts was told that there is a border dispute between New Hampshire and Maine that the Governor was not addressing and that his lack of pursuing the situation many Citizens of New Hampshire were being hurt financially.
We were also told about a bill before the State Legislature that everyone admitted was unconstitutionalbut the sponsor felt it was needed, in spite of what the Constitution said.
Constitutional Concepts Foundation was consulted as to the wording and the preparation of the mandate that was served on the various New Hampshire government officials.
