The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. |
This grants our Civil Servants the ability to remove various officers who have violated their office.
The term treason, as used herein should include a willful violation of the provisions of our Constitution. Like anyone else who is removed from office by impeachment, the President, Vice President and all civil Officer of the united States are subject to prosecution through the Common Law Courts for their crimes against the people.
